O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition that, 'the petitioners should report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m, for 30 days and thereafter to appear before this Court on receipt of summon' imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar, in Crl.MP.No.15160 of 2023, dated 26.10.2023. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the fact that subsequently on account of the detention, the condition could not be complied with by the petitioners and also considering the fact that the case itself is now charge sheeted, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. But, however, the petitioners shall attend the case before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar, for all hearing dates without fail. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. 13.08.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No dss 2/4
