Heard the learend counsels on either side.
2. The writ petitioner is a candidate aspiring to join P.G. Medical course. He had already written NEET. He had also be given score card. Now he has to take part in the counselling process. The petitioner while furnishing his date of birth had mentioned it erroneously in the application form; he wants to correct the same, that is why the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2/4

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent clarified based on instructions that the petitioner can appear before the medical counselling committee with the existing particulars and in the event of allotment of P.G seat, the necessary corrections will later be made. In other words, the error in furnishing date of birth in the application form will not be put against the writ petitioner. The same stand is endorsed by the third respondents also. The first respondent through their counsel clarifies that there is no hurdle in processing the petitioner's application on account of the error in the application form regarding his date of birth.
4. Recording the above said stand of the respondents in favour of the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
