ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner herein has filed I.A.No.1825 of 2013 in O.S.No.477 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tuticorin, to appoint an Advocate Commissioner for identifying the petition mentioned property and the same has been dismissed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Tuticorin. Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned counsel for the respondent have submitted that during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the learned Principal District Munsif, Tuticorin, has disposed of the main suit in O.S.No.477 of 2010 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
