[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The CHIEF JUSTICE] Heard Mr.B.Jameelarasu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Karthi, learned counsel for the respondent Bank.

2. The learned counsel for the Bank submits that the interest of Rs.6,17,864/- payable by the petitioner has been waived by the bank and the learned counsel, on instructions, further submits that within two weeks, the documents of the petitioner would be released. The petitioner may arrange for the discharge registration.

3. In view of the said submission made, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
