The instant writ petition has been filed by an Assistant working in the Government Siddha Medical College and Hospital, Thirunelveli seeking a mandamus to consider his representation submitted to the second respondent for expressing grievances over the belated declaration of probation. 2.The representation is dated 01.07.2024 and sent on 05.07.2024. The second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner on merits in accordance with law and pass order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
