This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the order dated 05.09.2013 passed in I.A.No.238 of 2012 in O.S.No.67 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional Sub Judge, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
