ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that his application given for transfer of patta has not been considered by the respondents.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the orders of the Government, all the applications of patta transfers are processed only through on-line and if the petitioner submits an application through on-line with necessary documents, it would be processed within a stipulated time.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh application through on-line within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the 2/4

event any such application is filed, the respondents shall dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from thereon. No costs. 27.07.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
