ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the file of the tenth respondent to the file of the fourth respondent CBCID in respect of Crime No.551 of 2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already the entire investigation in Crime No.551 of 2021 has been completed and about to file a final report. Under these circumstances, if the investigation transferred to other investigating agency, it will affect the entire investigation.

3.In view of the above, the tenth respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.551 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
