This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in the case of Crime No.2 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 506(ii) IPC.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the alteration report was filed and offence under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, was also introduced and final report was filed and the case has been taken on file of S.C.No.35 of 2021 on the file of No.II Additional District Judge, PCR Court, Tirunelveli.
