PRAYER: Writ Petition are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to conduct the enquiry fixed on 05.04.2018 issued to the petitioner in No. Tha.Va.No. 1/2018 dated 19.03.2018 and direct the respondent to furnish the documents as called for the petitioner and give opportunity of submitting his explanation after receipt of the copies of the documents provided by the respondent and then conduct the enquiry as per the provisions of law and also the principles of natural justice and in the meanwhile adjourn the hearing fixed on 05.04.2018. ORDER

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent would submit that the writ petition has become infructuous as during the pendency of the present writ petition, documents were furnished to the petitioner and the enquiry has been concluded and report has been submitted on 22.01.2021. It is further submitted that final orders has also been passed under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act against the petitioner on 22.01.2021 by the respondent in his proceedings in j.jP.vz;.01/2018.

2.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
