The present Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the FIR in Crime No.486 of 2020 of Anjugramam Police Station, Kanniyakumari District and quash the same as illegal.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in the instant case is concluded and a final report is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, in P.R.C.No.1 of 2024, on 05.01.2024.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
