This matter was earlier referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and the matter was settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and an agreement is arrived between the parties.

2. Both the parties ie. petitioner and respondent and also the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent were signed the Settlement Agreement.

3. In view of the settlement agreement signed by the petitioner as well as the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous as per the terms of settlement agreement. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
