ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the complaint as against the petitioner has been closed on 01.05.2026 and he will not be called for any further enquiry.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that he had moved an application before the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.
