This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner by considering her representation, dated 19.08.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the marriage between the petitioner and one Kumar was solemnized on 19.08.2022, that both of them are major and that both families are against the marriage and threatening the petitioner and her husband.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the fourth respondent lodged a complaint and on that basis, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.211 of 2022 under 'Girl Missing' and the investigation is pending. 2/4

4.In view of the above, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
