The petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition in W.P(MD) No.17638 of 2021 and by an order dated 30.09.2021 the learned Single Judge had directed measurement of land of the petitioner in S. NO.150/1D1admeasuring 10.31 ares at Thiruchotrudurai Village, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District and also to find out the four boundaries and now the present writ petition is filed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.2.2021 seeking again a direction to measure the property of the land in the very same survey number.

2. A direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the said representation and do the necessary needful within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
