PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent no.5 to take action against the respondents 7 and 8 based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2025 for removing the palm trees and illegal extraction of sand and further remedy or remedies to the petitioner. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent no.5 to take action against the respondents 7 and 8 based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2025.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.04.2025 after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and pass appropriate orders. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
