Baalasundharam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.N.Balakrishnan, Advocate for the Respondents, the earlier order of this Court dt.22.08.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Keeranoor, in D.No.64/2022 dated 16.02.2022, and this Court made the following order:- This Court by order, dated 22.08.2009 directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2014 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the District Munsif, Keeranur has submitted a letter stating that due to Covid -19 Pandemic situation he has not disposed the matter within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. So, he wants further time to dispose the matter.
