Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned staff fixation settled by the 2nd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer for the academic year 2016-2017 dated 20.03.2017, Quash the Same, in so far as it renders one post of Secondary Grade teacher in the petitioner-school as surplus is concerned and further Direct the 2nd respondent District Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of Tmt.I.Amala Mary as Secondary Grade teacher W.E.F 15.02.2017 and disburse the grant in aid towards her salary and allowances and pass orders.
