ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner had moved the Maintenance Tribunal under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the second respondent had already initiated enquiry. The second respondent is directed to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put the respondents 4 and 5 on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
