[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The review application has been filed mainly on the ground that the writ petitioner has not placed clear facts before this Court. However, this Court has not adjudicated the facts on merits. The submission of the 2/5

learned Government Advocate that enforcement actions are initiated to remove the encroachment alone is recorded. Thus, the petitioner if holds any documents, the same may be produced before the authorities for consideration. But it is for the authorities to take a decision and continue the enforcement actions and to remove the encroachments by following the procedures.

2.The petitioner has not made out any error apparent warranting exercise of review jurisdiction. Therefore, the review application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
