Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to ill-health, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 14.06.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10491 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
