ORDER
This writ petition is filed that the property attached by the respondent police under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors Act, has been encroached and sheds have been put up in the said property.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent No.1 based on the written instructions submits that the shed which was put up in the attached property has already been removed by the District Revenue Officer.
3.Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned Counsel submits that the property has been purchased by his client even before the attachment order was passed and he requests time to file necessary impleading petition in this writ petition. 2/4
4.If the proposed respondent is having any grievance with regard to the property in dispute, it is always open for him to approach the Court concerned and get his grievance redressed.
5.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
