ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. The petitioner submitted an application before the third respondent on 23.02.2021. The third respondent is directed to pass final order after notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other.
