ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 16.07.2021, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in Suit, with in the period of Six Months and the requisition letter dated 30/11/2023 in D.No.2690 of 2023, submitted by the Principal Sub Judge, Karur, this Court made the following order:

"Perused the note submitted by the Registry along with the letter bearing D.No.2690/2023, dated 30.11.2023 of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur, seeking extension of six (6) months time for disposal of O.S.No.325 of 2002.
