ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under sections 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by one Rajalakshmi, enquiry is pending. 3.Let the petitioner appear before the respondent police. Let the enquiry process be completed by the respondent police, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.
