The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 427, 448 & 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.319 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody and released on bail by the respondent on 09.08.2023. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though interim order has been passed by this Court by the order dated 28.07.2023, the above said arrest has been effected.
