The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's right has been protected in terms of the order dated 24.01.2022, made in W.P.(MD) Nos.156 and 555 to 573 of 2022. It is, therefore, submitted that the writ petition may directed to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy in terms of the above order.
