ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner challenges the decision taken in the peace committee meeting held on 22.08.2022.

3. It has been repeatedly held that such decision are not amenable to legal challenge. They are bereft of statutory value or force. No statutory authority will enforce the same. Permission of the authorities is not required for conducting the petition mentioned religious event. If the petitioner is apprehending interference at the hands of the private respondents, his remedy is to move the jurisdictional civil court. No relief can be granted in the writ petition against the private respondents.
