ORDER

The Petitioner has come up with this Criminal Original Petition, seeking a direction to register an First Information Report on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.02.2017, lodged before the 1st respondent herein, through post, which had been forwarded to the 3rd respondent herein and assigned with preliminary enquiry vide, P.E.66/2017/POL/DL, dated 12.09.2017.

2. Heard Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Chandrasekaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On the side of the respondent, it is stated that the petitioner has produced some documents and seek time for producing some more documents and hence it is requested that some more time may be given to complete the investigation. In view of the memo to that effect is filed and recorded.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
