ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the 2/5
respondents 1 and 3, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the sixth respondent and after dispensing with the notice on the private respondents 4 and 5.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the private respondents 4 and 5 have put up a construction in a public space and thereby, blocked the drainage. Hence, the petitioner sent representations, dated 20.12.2024, 02.01.2025, 07.01.2025 and 23.04.2025.
3. It appears that the petitioner has already given a private complaint before the sixth respondent, pursuant to which CSR was generated. However, same was closed on account of the compromise arrived at between the petitioner and the private respondents 4 and 5.
4. Since the petitioner's representations, dated 20.12.2024, 02.01.2025, 07.01.2025 and 23.04.2025 have not received adequate attention, I am inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition by directing the second respondent to dispose of the aforesaid representations within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of 3/5
receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice on the respondents 4 and 5.
