ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners, to set aside the Fair and Decreetal Order made in I.A.No.298 of 2011 in D.R.B.No.1 of 2010 in O.S.No.21 of 2006 on the file of the Sub Court, Virudhunagar District dated 20.12.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that seeking return of the release deed now lying with the Court, the petitioners filed an Interlocutory application in I.A.No.298 of 2011 in D.R.P.1 of 2010 in O.S.No.21 of 2006 before the Sub Court, Virudhunagar and the same was dismissed on 20.12.2013. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners filed the present Civil Revision Petition. Subsequent to the filing of the Civil Revision Petition, D.R.P.No.1 of 2010 in O.S.No.21 of 2006 was closed citing the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition.

In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is closed, directing the Sub Court, Virudhunagar District to pass appropriate orders on the application with regard to return of documents in D.R.P.No.1 of 2010 in O.S.No.21 of 2006 after hearing the petitioners also. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
