This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned Principal District Munsif, Tenkasi, seeking extension of two months time to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.1139 of 2013 in O.S.No.549 of 2010. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Munsif, Tenkasi, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Principal District Munsif, Tenkasi, by two months and accordingly, it is extended by two months from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
