Heard Mr.M.Gnanagurunathan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 and Mr.P.Chandrabose, learned counsel for R2.

2. The prayer is for a Mandamus directing the Commissioner, the Directorate of Technical Education / R1 to pass final orders on the enquiry report submitted on 23.08.2016, in respect of the petitioner's complaint against the VSN Polytechnic College, Virudhunagar arrayed as R2.

3. Bearing in mind the admitted delay in concluding the proceedings, a direction is issued to R1 to furnish a copy of the enquiry report to the petitioner within a week from today, to enable him to file a response to the same. Final orders will be passed, taking note of the enquiry report submitted on 23.08.2016 and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.14820 of 2018 petitioner's response to the same. The aforesaid exercise be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of uploading of the copy of this order upon the official website of this Court.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
