ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 10.05.2021, pursuant to the order passed by the second respondent, who refused to register the document in respect of the petitioner's property in S.F.No. 657/1 to an extent of 34 cents, situated at Velur, Athichanallur, Srivaikundam Union, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's appeal affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
