O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle.

3.The petitioner is a mini bus operator. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent states that since the petitioner did not produce the original R.C. Book, the vehicle was not released. The petitioner states that he will approach the respondent with the original R.C. Book.

4.I direct the respondent to release the vehicle in favour of the petitioner upon production of the original R.C. Book immediately and without any delay.
