PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 153 of 2019 from the file of the second respondent to third respondent within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 153 of 2019 from the file of the second respondent to third respondent

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and about to file final report. If the investigation is transferred to some other agency at this stage, it will affect the entire investigation done by the second respondent.

4. Under such circumstances, the transfer of investigation cannot be considered at this stage. In the result, the Criminal
