The petitioner has preferred the Civil Revision Petition against the order and decreetal order dated 25.03.2014 passed in I.A.No.27 of 2013 in UFCMA unnumbered of 2013 on the file of the Principal Sub-Judge, Thanjavur.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the amount has already been recovered .

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
