ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's stone Quarrying Application dated 07.08.2024, within the time as may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's stone Quarrying Application dated 07.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the parties.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is Allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
