ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The matter concerns issuance of patta for the petition mentioned land. 4.The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent. On receipt thereof, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
