ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents not to survey the petitioner's patta land comprised in Survey Nos.51/2, 51/1B, 51/5A1, 51/5A2, 51/5B11 situated in Iruvinivayal Group, Angudivayal Village, Kandadevi, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering his representation dated 10.07.2025.

2. A perusal of the writ affidavit and the representation of the petitioner would indicate that the petitioner has filed this writ petition on the apprehension that the respondents would spoil the standing crops in his land in the above mentioned survey numbers while surveying the adjacent lands in Survey No.52.

3. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by drawing the attention of this Court to the Peace Committee minutes dated 26.06.2025 presided over by the third respondent submitted that the

survey of property situated in Survey No.52 will be conducted by DGPS instrument and therefore there is no possibility of damage of the crops to the adjacent lands.

4. The said statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents not to cause any damage to the standing crops of the petitioner in Survey Nos.51/2, 51/1B, 51/5A1, 51/5A2, 51/5B11 situated in Iruvinivayal Group, Angudivayal Village, Kandadevi, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
