This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the file of the third respondent to the second respondent for an effective and proper investigation and file a final report within a stipulated period.
2. Heard Mr.B.Rajesh Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the third respondent police has completed the investigation on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and closed the same.
4. Hence, at this stage the prayer sought for by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5466 of 2018 petitioner for transfer of investigation cannot be considered.
5. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the third respondent.
