The instant Writ Petition is filed to direct the first Respondent to refund the excessively held deposit of Rs.19,22,110 to the petitioner, by way of a cheque, as mandated by clause 5 (5) (v) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply code 2004, before the due date of payment of CC Bill for August 2019.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TANGEDCO submitted that as per direction of this Court they have complied with and paid the excess additional security deposit. The aforesaid statement is recorded.
