O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet in Crime No.108 of 2023.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that even after registration of the case in Crime No.108 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Section 498A IPC against the accused, the investigation is not being proceeded with as the accused is working as Police Constable in the Police Department.
3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police gives an undertaking that he will instruct the concerned Police Officer to see that the investigation is being done on merits and without any bias, and seeks some more time to complete the investigation and file the final report.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent 2/4
