Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1.
2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.
3. The second respondent had filed a name transfer petition before the first respondent. The petitioner wants to implead himself therein.
4. The first respondent is directed to pass an order on the petitioner's petition on merits and in accordance with law after notice to R2 before disposing of the petition filed by the second respondent.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of on these terms. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
