ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner to the first respondent dated 03.09.2019 directing the 2nd respondent police not to harass or ill treat the petitioner, without following the due process of law
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the third respondent/ defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
