ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take action on petitioner's representation, dated 29.09.2021 and conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.

2.Even though writ of Mandamus may not lie for in this nature of prayer, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been undertaken in G.P.No.1989 of 2021 and from the complaint, it is seen that more than Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakhs) have been cheated by the accused persons from various persons at various places.

3.Since the enquiry has been undertaken, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition has become infructuous. Depending upon https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.19523 of 2021 the outcome of the enquiry, the second respondent may take further steps.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
