This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned II Additional District Judge, Trichy in Election O.P.No.12 of 2011 dated 29.04.2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Special Government Pleaders appearing for the respondents 4 and 5.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the matter has become infructuous.
4. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
