Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner's vehicle was seized in connection with Crime No.798 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. The petition mentioned documents were seized from the writ petitioner also and they are in the custody of the respondent. The petitioner has to produce the vehicle before the Regional Transport Officer and obtain fitness certificate. For that, the petitioner requires the petition mentioned documents. The petitioner gives an undertaking before this Court that after receiving the petition mentioned documents from the respondent and obtaining fitness certificate, he will return the same to the respondent.
3.Recording the said undertaking, I direct the respondent to hand over the petition mentioned original documents to the petitioner on or before 05.09.2022. The petitioner shall give acknowledgement for having received the documents. The documents shall be returned to the respondent on or before 19.09.2022.
4.The writ petition is allowed on these terms. No costs. 30.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias Issue order copy on 01.09.2022.
