ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.167 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 294(b), 427 and 506(i) IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory 1/3
bail.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.This is the third application filed by the petitioner seeking the very same relief. Considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, the earlier applications have been dismissed by this Court. However, till now there is no change in the circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner.
