2.The petitioner states that in the petition mentioned patta his name has been wrongly entered. He wants correction of the same. 3.It is stated that the second respondent had already sent a report in this regard to the first respondent. The first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
